2. Data collected

We only collect the data strictly necessary to provide the service:

3. Retention

  • Data is kept for as long as the account is active.
  • Upon account deletion (via profile settings), all personal data is permanently erased.
  • Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be transmitted to:

  • Google (OAuth login) — subject to Google's privacy policy
  • OVH SAS (hosting, France) — European hosting, GDPR compliant

5. Your rights (GDPR)

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access — Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — Correct your data directly from your profile.
  • Erasure — Delete your account and all associated data from your profile.
  • Portability — Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — Object to processing based on legitimate interest.

6. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie for authentication and a language preference cookie. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS. Access to the database is restricted to the application server.

8. Policy updates

This policy may be updated. In case of significant changes, users will be notified by email.
